Spicy Dried Mango

  • Dried Mango (or other dried Fruit, like pineapple or apricots)
  • Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt

As our culinary lab was developing the Momofuku Seasoned Salts, this was one of our early tests: mixing our spicy with different dried fruits. Dried mango is our favorite, but dried pineapple is also excellent. Be sure to add to your taste—we like a lot. 

Open the package of dried mango and pour spicy seasoned salt directly inside. (We usually add about a tablespoon.) Seal package and mix vigorously, making sure to get seasoning on all sides of the mango. Open and enjoy.
