- 1 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup pickled ramps*
- Juice of ½ lemon

*You can substitute half store-bought pickled pearl onions and half raw scallion greens, both finely chopped
Stir together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and pickled ramps in a bowl. Season with lemon juice and Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt to taste. This will keep in the fridge for about a week.
