- .75oz Vodka (we use Simple Vodka)
- .75oz Midori
- .75oz Rockey’s Milk Punch
- .75oz Yakult
- 2.5oz soda water
This cocktail by the team at Bar Wayō is a nod to the Japanese soft drink of the same name. They started out trying to use the soda itself in their recipe, but it wasn’t carbonated enough and didn’t pack enough melon. They reverse engineered it instead using vodka, midori, and rockey’s milk punch. Serve in a highball glass with ice and a lime peel.
The Melon Creamy Soda is really simple to make: build ingredients in a glass over ice, and stir it all together.
Garnish with a lime peel, and done.
