- 3 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1½ tablespoons Momofuku Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar (heaping)
- 1 tablespoon mirin
Mix all ingredients together. Use on anything from pork and chicken to roasted root vegetables, or even as a base for salad dressings and more.
