Jo’s Korean Marinade

  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1½ tablespoons Momofuku Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt
  • ½ tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (heaping)
  • 1 tablespoon mirin

Mix all ingredients together. Use on anything from pork and chicken to roasted root vegetables, or even as a base for salad dressings and more.
